The single most repeated sentence in the ratings is some version of "the bike stands perfectly". A buyer who ordered the 20-inch length wrote that the kickstand attaches without issues and the bike does not fall. Although it does not have a strong spring that folds it all the way once you remove it, you have to help it with your foot to get it into position. Otherwise, it is fine, normal. For me, a 20-inch wheel was the only option.

The limits buyers report

The kickstand folds and unfolds freely, and it holds position at both ends, but the spring tension varies between units and it is not strong enough to snap the leg home from a light tap on every one of them.
