Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every Kickaroo order, with no minimum. We hand your parcel to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 8 to 10 business days in total, transit included. We ship to 18 countries, listed in full below.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order we accept, whether you buy a single kickstand or the 2-pack. There is no minimum order value and no handling fee. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout, in US dollars.

How long delivery takes

We prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days of receiving it. Once the parcel is with the carrier, transit adds roughly a week. Counting both steps, plan on 8 to 10 business days from the moment you order to the moment the kickstand reaches your door.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday start their preparation window on the next business day. This same 8 to 10 business day estimate applies to every country we ship to.

Where we ship

We deliver to 18 countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. These are the only destinations our checkout accepts, so an address outside this list cannot be completed at payment. If your country is not on the list, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you.

Tracking your order

You receive a confirmation email from Stripe as soon as your payment goes through. A tracking number follows by email over the next few days, once the carrier scans your parcel into its network. Tracking links can take a day or two to show their first movement, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

If your order is late

Weather, customs checks and carrier backlogs occasionally push a parcel past the 10 business day mark. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email [email protected] with the name you ordered under. We reply within 24 hours, open an investigation with the carrier, and either resend the kickstand or refund you in full if the parcel cannot be recovered.

Delivery addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before you pay, including the apartment or unit number. We can correct an address only while the order is still in preparation, so contact us the same day if you spot a mistake. Once the carrier has the parcel, the address is fixed. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address are reshipped at no extra cost once you confirm the corrected details.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered inside the United States carry no additional duty or import charge. For the other destinations we serve, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every parcel accurately and cannot mark an order as a gift or lower its declared value.
