Email is the only channel we run, and we would rather do one thing properly than list a phone number nobody answers.

What to include in your message

If your message is about an order that has already been placed, include the order number from your confirmation email. That single line lets us pull up the parcel and answer in one reply instead of three. If the order has shipped, the tracking number in the same email is just as useful.

If your message is about which length to order, tell us the wheel size of your child's bike, measured across the tire from edge to edge, and describe roughly where the rear frame tubes meet behind the wheel. Those two details are usually enough to confirm a size. Most of the answer is already written out on the size guide, so it is worth a look before you write.

If your message is about a part that arrived loose or damaged, a photograph attached to the email speeds everything up. We do not ask you to send the kickstand back before we look at the photo.

Questions that already have an answer

A few subjects come up often enough that the answer is written out in full elsewhere on the site, and reading the page will be faster than waiting for a reply.

When will my order arrive? Orders leave in 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 8 to 10 business days. Shipping is free on every order. The details, including what happens if a parcel is delayed, are on the shipping policy.

Can I return it? Yes, within 30 days, for a full refund. The steps and the address are on the refund policy.

Which length do I need? Match the length to your child's wheel size: 7.3 in for a 12-inch wheel, 8.1 in for 14-inch, 8.9 in for 16-inch, 10.0 in for 18-inch and 11.0 in for 20-inch. If the bike sits between two sizes, order the shorter one. Detailed pages cover 16-inch bikes and 20-inch bikes.

Does a bolt come in the box? No. The kickstand ships on its own. The mounting hole is 0.41 in (10.5 mm) and a standard bike kickstand bolt passes through it. The installation guide shows exactly where it goes and what tool you need.
