Placing an order
You place an order by adding a kickstand to your cart, choosing the length that matches your wheel size, and completing payment. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept that offer, which happens when your payment is confirmed and you receive the confirmation email. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the delivery address falls outside the countries we serve, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include the cost of the product. Shipping is free, so the total at checkout is the amount you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe on a secure page hosted by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been paid for. Prices are set by us and displayed on the site. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error, and where an order is affected we will contact you, cancel it and refund you in full rather than ship at a price neither side intended.
Availability
We sell one product in five lengths and stock levels move. If a length sells out after you order it, we will contact you within one business day and offer either the closest available length or a full refund, whichever you prefer. We do not part-ship an order without telling you first.
Delivery
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days and delivery takes 8 to 10 business days in total. Shipping is free, and the countries we deliver to are listed in our shipping policy. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed dates, because the final leg is handled by a carrier. If a parcel goes past the estimated window, contact us and we will chase it, resend it or refund it.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return your kickstand for a full refund, and we pay for the return shipping. The full procedure, the condition we accept and the refund timing are set out in our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Using the product
The Kickaroo kickstand is a bolt-on side kickstand for children's bikes with 12 to 20 inch wheels. It is sold for ordinary recreational use and must be fitted correctly to the rear chainstay with a suitable bolt, tightened properly and checked from time to time. A kickstand holds a parked bike upright on firm, level ground. It is not a repair stand, it is not designed to carry a rider or a load, and it is not intended for jumps, tricks or competition use. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, and nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled by email will be brought before the competent courts of the State of Wyoming. Where you buy as a consumer in another country, you keep the protections that the mandatory law of your place of residence gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store evolves. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you place your order, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
